About the Attorneys
Biography of Bankruptcy Expert Dale F. Hardeman, Esq.
Dale is a southern California native, born in Montebello and
raised in Norwalk, Pico Rivera and Downey, and attended Norwalk High School where he admittedly
spent more time than permissible at Huntington State Beach trying hard to overcome
his innate imbalance on a surf board.
After High School, he attended Cerritos Community College
then transferred to East
Los Angeles Community College and completed his second year, after which he
served in the U.S. Army, and served in Viet
Nam from 1967 to 1968. Upon returning from active duty, he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration/Finance from California State University, Los Angeles.
In 1983, Dale was elected to the Cerritos Community
College Board of Trustees where he twice served as that board's president.
Dale earned a Juris Doctorate Degree from Western
State University College of Law. Today, he focuses his practice in
Bankruptcy, Civil Litigation, and Special Education Law.
Additionally, Dale has testified an expert in Bankruptcy
Court, and currently serves as an
Adjunct Professor at Pacific West College of Law, Orange, California.
Biography of Bankruptcy Expert Sean Vahdat, Esq.
Sean Vahdat graduated No. 1 in his
class at Pacific West College of Law with a Juris Doctorate Degree, and passed the rigorous California Bar
Exam on his very first attempt. He has practiced law in California since
2005, and now focuses primarily in bankruptcy and business law. Sean is
bi-lingua, speaking both English and Farsi without accent, and has lived in
South Orange County for more than 15 years.
Sean has tried many cases, including criminal and civil
business litigation, and has earned a solid reputation as a fervent advocate for
his clients. He is admitted to practice before the California Superior
Court, California Supreme Court, United States District Court, and the United
States Bankruptcy Court. |
